How do we update all brand materials?
• What are the specific steps we need to take to ensure all our brand materials—logos, websites, brochures, business cards, and social media profiles—are updated with the new branding?
The Marketing team has created all the digital assets and are all located in the R Drive – Marketing – 2025 Rebrand. If you need anything specific created, please reach out to the marketing team using this form and please do not create anything to send out to clients with the new branding. You can begin preparing and updating all necessary documents, but please hold off on sharing them until after we launch.
When do we start using the new brand?
• When should we officially switch from the old brand to the new one? Do we have a specific go-live date for the rebrand across all channels?
Target is end of July latest beginning of August. Action will announce internally once we are ready to go live with all new collateral.
• Are there any materials or platforms (e.g., signage, business cards, marketing campaigns) that should transition sooner than others?
Action will provide all the new print collateral so please do not request, purchase, or print any new items. Once we announce the rebrand to the public end of July, we can transition.
What does the rollout look like for external customers and stakeholders?
• How do we communicate the rebrand to customers, clients, and other stakeholders?
The marketing team will rollout a series of teasers 2 weeks before launch via social media, website and email. The final announcement will be announced out end of July to early August. Please do not announce the rebrand to clients until Action publicly announces the redesign.
How do we update our digital presence (website, social media, etc.)?
• Who is responsible for ensuring that all online platforms (social media, website, emails) reflect the new brand identity?
The marketing team will ensure all online platforms will reflect the new brand identity.
What resources are available to help employees understand and implement the new brand?
• Where can employees find the new brand guidelines, templates, and assets (e.g., logos, color palettes, email signatures)? Is there a brand toolkit or internal document to help employees correctly use the new brand elements?

What should we do if we have physical assets with the old branding (e.g., office signage, uniforms)?
• How do we prioritize updating physical materials with the new branding, and what’s the timeline for these changes? Do we need to phase out old assets, or is there a “cut-off date” for using the new brand everywhere?
Please don’t throw out any old branding just yet! You’re welcome to keep using items with the old Action logo, as we’ll be gradually updating all physical materials. In the meantime, continue using your existing merchandise—there’s no need to discard or replace anything right now. All new giveaway item purchases will go through the marketing team, as we’re working on building a giveaway library on the website.
How do we ensure brand consistency across all departments?

Once the new website is released, please use all branding material that is provided in R Drive – Marketing – 2025 Rebrand. Do not use any old logo collateral.
